Site Wide Notice

While Emergency notices are used to let website visitors know of any emergencies currently in progress, a Site Wide Notice is a banner that can be added to all pages for information that is less time critical. When adding the Site Wide Notice, publish the full channel for it to appear on your website. For notices that are Emergencies, rather use the Emergency Notice Content Type.
